Allowing the paint to guide her, Cara’s work spans a range of painting techniques from landscape to portraiture and abstract structure. She uses real life and photographs to translate various colors, moods and textures into an artistic experience. Motivated by emotional connections and relationships, her paintings often have an element of psychology, mythology and spiritually to them.
Cara grew up on a farm in Newburyport, Massachusetts. She has over twenty-five years experience studying and working as an Artist.
